Winter Skin Care Strategies

As the cold weather approaches, it may be time to consider your skin care strategy for the winter months ahead. Dry air and cold wind can have a significant effect on the health of your skin, and you will want to do everything you can to protect your skin from the harsh winter elements. Give some serious consideration to the following information, and be proactive about the health of your skin.

Even though you will be bundled up in winter clothing, you should still consider using a sunscreen of some sort. For daily use, it may be a bit extreme to cover yourself in sunscreen in the winter months. Instead, try to use a moisturizer or makeup with an SPF of 15. If you are going to be out on the slopes, you ought to use a sunscreen with an SPF as high as you would use in the summer. The snow on the hills reflects an incredible amount of sunlight. Don?t forget to use a quality lip balm, too.

Try to avoid taking long, hot showers this winter. We all know how wonderful a hot shower can feel on a cold day, but try to resist the urge as best as you can. Hot showers can strip your skin of its natural moisturizers. Instead take a short, warm shower. Try to pat your skin almost dry, and apply a moisturizer while your skin is slightly damp. This is a great strategy to help you avoid dry skin.

Another thing to consider is your home heating system. As your furnace will be in constant use in the colder months, the air in your home can become extremely dry. If you do not have a humidifier built into your heating system, you should invest in a portable humidifier. Using a humidifier can prevent your skin from drying out, and it can help you avoid dry nasal cavities. If you do suffer from a dry or bleeding nose in the winter, apply some petroleum jelly for short-term relief.

In my opinion, the best way to deal with dry skin is to hydrate from the inside out. Drink as much water as you possibly can, regardless of the time of year. Drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water per day, will flush countless toxins from your body and will help keep your skin healthy and fresh. By following these suggestions, you can have beautiful skin all year round.

Hair Care Home Remedies

Save money and give yourself a break from the chemicals found in most hair care products by using the following natural home remedies.

Tame your frizzy hair by rubbing coconut oil into your hands and applying sparingly onto your hair. You don't want to overdo it - too much will make your hair look greasy. Shampooing your hair less frequently also helps with the frizzies. Excess shampooing strips natural oils from the hair.

Rinse your hair with one tablespoon baking soda mixed with one cup of water to get rid of shampoo build-up and styling residues.

Rinsing your hair with one juiced lemon and one cup of water is said to bring life and shine back to dull hair.

1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with two cups of water will give your hair shine and bounce.

Add essential oil of ylang ylang to your shampoo, conditioner and styling agents as a hair rejuvenator.

Ylang ylang and rosemary essential oils are also believed to stimulate hair growth.

Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables and getting plenty of rest is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.

What goes into your body is reflective on the outside including your hair.

Information On Raw Juice Therapy

When raw juices are unlocked from the cells of plants, pure and vital liquids of great healing power are released, and their infinitely gentle action can coax our bodies back to normality. Raw juices have none of the potentially dangerous side effects of many potent drugs, yet they can eliminate health problems arising from many of those deficiencies created by the bustle and pace of modern life.

The regular addition of such juices to a wise diet is also a great strengthener of bodily function, assisting in the prevention of the prema?ture degeneration of skin, flesh, glands and organs that causes so many who should be enjoying a long and active prime of life to lapse into early senility.

For effective therapy you need to know which fresh vegetable and fruit juices are needed to benefit the body. We will try to explain the best for each condition, with the most important points of each therapy and the best ways of extracting the precious juices, both mechanically and by hand.

Sunshine and good healthy soil enlivened with refreshing rain allow plants to develop to a rich maturity, and the raw juices they yield are the quintessence of nature's handiwork. Readily available and easy to digest, they contain a wealth of nutritional factors needed to supple?ment the diet. The ancient Romans knew this when they added honey, crushed or juiced fruits, aromatic plants and scented flowers to their drinks.

When used swiftly after extraction, raw fruits and vegetable juices are an incomparably effective way of rapidly utilizing the powers of the plants to protect you from illness. The composition of juices is so com?plex that analytical procedures give only a part of the truth. In addition, it is not only the compositions of the individual juices which create their profound effects, it is the subtle natural balance between the con?stituent parts.

On the face of it, juices do not seem likely to be very energizing, but, as experts point out, the calorie content of a litre (1?pt) of grape or pineapple juice is between eight and nine hundred. To achieve the same you would need 1.5 litres (2? pt) of milk or a dozen eggs, 1. 4kg (3lb) of potatoes or 650 grams (1? lb) of meat. Apple juice contains 500 calories per litre; pear juice 420; cherry juice 450; orange juice 400; strawberry juice 220.

The descriptions of plants and vegetables many times mention the wide variations found in their vitamin and mineral contents. What is sure is that storage and cooking are major factors in reducing what is present naturally. Therefore, raw fruits, vegetables and their juices are ideal ways to obtaining maximum nourishment.

The therapeutic uses of juices require that all the factors that are normally present are consumed in sufficient quantities to be efficacious. It would be impossible for most people to consume the amount of raw cabbage needed to give the pint or two a day needed for the treatment of a gastric ulcer. But it is not difficult to take the cabbage in the form of juice.

Remember, juices are never dangerous. But, some drugs are so dangerous that the side effects are almost as bad as the condition they are supposed to treat!

Kevin Pederson has been managing a number of natural home remedies websites which have information on home based natural cures and remedies for some of the most common illnesses and some tips on raw juice therapy.

Causes and Cures of Adult Acne

Acne and pimples are known to be associated with prepubescent and teenaged populations but to our surprise adult acne is not uncommon. People who didn?t suffered from acne or any such bad skin problems in their teenage years are embarrassed and little confused to discover that they have been affected by adult acne just when they assumed they were free from acne for ever. They wonder that the acne is restricted to adolescents but the truth is that adult acne is very common. Figures show that nearly 40% of all acne cure products in the United States alone are bought and consumed by adults suffering from acne problems either from teenage age or when they were adult.

There are many reasons for the occurrence of acne problems. There is a myth about acne that it occurs because of poor personal hygiene which is not true. Acne problem is a result of hormonal imbalances or blocked pores on the skin in most of the cases including adult acne problems. The other cause of adult acne may be the infection of the sebaceous glands or faulty closing of the hair ducts on the face. Cure of acne depends on its condition and the skin type. Acne may be more or less depending on various factors. Embarrassed, confused and upset adults usually go to the local pharmacist to check for remedy of acne problem but this may actually cause more harm than good. Medicines and treatments created specifically to deal with acne among younger populations may not have the strength or the capability to deal with adult acne. The causes of adult acne may differ greatly as compared to the teenage problems.

Adult acne that seems similar to regular acne needs more strong medicines and treatment. Always consult a dermatologist if you are suffering from adult acne. Only a dermatologist can determine what caused the adult acne at this age. Treatment can be started once proper diagnosis is done. There may be a simple drug that might be able to eradicate the problem forever. Adult acne is more common than normally imagined but all adults with adult acne must remember that it is nothing to be embarrassed about. It is better to consult a dermatologist to get rid of this acne problem than to try luck at the local drugstore trying to find a diagnosis and a cure for your problem and who knows that may increase the problem and not to mention the side effects of unperceived medicine.

5 Myths About Protecting Yourself from Skin Cancer

Sara spends much of her summer near the beach. She lives in a mild climate and is very athletic. She loves to swim, bike and play games outdoors. Sara knows the dangers of the sun and so she opts for tanning salons to get her 'golden glow' while being sure to apply sunscreen every day before heading out.

Joseph lives in a cooler, northern climate. The summers can be very humid, but most of the year is mild or even below freezing during the harshest winter months. The beach has never been much of a draw for him and he spends most of his time doing indoor activities or at his job. Joseph doesn't worry about sunscreen and only had one sunburn that he can remember and that was when he was a child.

--------------------

Which of these examples do you most associate yourself with? Did you know that Sara and Joseph are both at risk of developing skin cancer? We have all heard the warnings about the dangers of sun exposure. We know all about the importance of wearing sunscreen and hats. But are YOU protected from skin cancer? Consider these myths and facts:

MYTH ONE: Tanning Beds are Safer than the Sun

20 minutes of exposure in a tanning bed is roughly equivalent to four hours in the sun. Although sun beds use UVA rather than UVB rays, 'The Skin Cancer Answer' states that UV-A penetrates more deeply into the skin than UV-B, can cause skin cancer, and may suppress the immune system.

MYTH TWO: Wearing Sunscreen at the Beach is Protection

85 percent of UV rays can even make it through on cloudy days. That means you are equally at risk in the car, walking the dog or letting your children out to play at any time of year - even when you're not at the beach. Of course, you are usually less attired at the beach and so covering up is recommended even when wearing sunscreen. Sunscreen also wears off with sweat and water and should always be applied every two hours or after getting wet.

MYTH THREE: Taking Care Of Your Skin Now Will Protect You

Sadly, skin cancer can take 20 or more years to develop. The Skin Cancer Foundation states that most people receive about 80 percent of their lifetime sun exposure before the age of 18. Just one blistering sunburn in childhood is estimated to double the risk of melanoma later in life. Taking better care now will reduce the risk, but not eliminate the damage already done.

MYTH FOUR: Having a Tan Means You're More Protected

Dark skinned individuals are less likely to develop cancer, but tanned skin is actually damaged skin. Repeated tanning injures the skin and increases the risk of skin cancer.

MYTH FIVE: You Can't get Burned on Overcast Days

Just because the sun is hidden by some cloud does not mean that you don't need protection from the harmful effects of the suns rays.

So how do you plan to protect your family this year? Some suggestions are to limit exposure to the sun - especially for infants. Examine your skin for early signs of damage. Use a sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher and apply it at least 30 minutes before exposure and every two hours after that. Teach your children good safety habits and be sure you and they are covered up when outdoors. Have fun and be safe.

Hair Removal All About Waxing For Hair Removal

Some of us have problem of hair loss, while a majority wants to get rid of hair from different places on the body. it may the bikini are, or the thin hair line over the upper lip, or hair on the chest and back of men, or hair on legs, and armpits. Everybody wants to know about the method that will help remove hair for a long time without undergoing much trouble. Let us take a brief look at the methods of hair removal.

Waxing- One of the oldest and most common methods for hair removal is waxing. Waxing can be done both with cold wax and hot wax and now with waxing kits available in the market, you can wax yourself at home. In hot waxing, hot wax is spread on the skin, covered with a strip of cloth, allowed to dry and pulled off in the opposite direction of hair growth. This pulls away most of the hair from the hair shaft. This method may be painful and you must take care of the temperature of hot wax, and skin irritation after waxing. Waxing can also cause folliculititis, ingrown hair a, scars and hyperpigmentation.

You can wax any part of the body, small or big in size, except the bikini area. If you are taking oral Vitamin A derivative pills such as Isotretnoin, you need to avoid waxing till your doctor advises. It also applies to topical applications of Vitamin A derivative creams. All these products dry the skin and there is a possibility of hurting the skin while waxing. You should avoid waxing if you have irritated skin, broken sun burnt or bruised. Waxing should be performed on healthy skin only.

Waxing removes hair from the root of the shaft and removes a large quantity of hair at a time. It takes about two weeks for hair to grow. With repetitive waxing of hair, you can expect less hair because of permanent damage to the hair follicle.

Zits What Do I Need To Know About Them

Zits, or pimples, affect almost everyone at some stage of their life. Zits are yukky, unsightly, and usually a part of growing up.

However it can be useful to know a little bit about them when you are approaching the age when zits may become a part of your life.

Firstly, zits aren?t restricted to teenagers as most think. Zits can affect people at any age. It is estimated that anything up to 50% of adult women have a case of zits at some stage in their life after their teen years. Even adult men get zits, although not as frequently as women. And babies.

However the most common time to encounter zits is in your teens. This, of course, is exactly when you don?t want them. You are most aware of the opposite sex, and most interested in making sure that you look as appealing as possible. An outbreak of zits on your face is not at all welcome.

It is not entirely understood what causes zits. It is known what they are, but not exactly what causes them. However the experts think that it is most likely that zits are caused by hormonal changes that take place in your body at certain stages in your life. This explains why zits can be encountered at times when the body is experiencing hormonal changes such as in the teen years.

Zits are a normal part of life. Almost everyone has them, especially as teens, and they are not sent to make your life a misery at the exact time that you don?t want them. They are a part of growing up and if you are a teen with zits you can be sure that most of your friends will get them soon if they haven?t already.

You can get zits on other parts of your body as well as your face. For example on your back, although there are others.

Although it may be fun to pop your zits, or certainly satisfying, it may not be the best thing to do. Experts disagree on whether popping your zits causes scars, but when in doubt, try to avoid it. And if you must then refrain from attempting to get those deep ones that are hard to pop, just stick to the obvious simple ones. But preferably don?t.

Contrary to popular belief you don?t get zits by eating too much chocolate, although you may get fat. Fatty foods do not cause zits.

You don?t get zits because you aren?t washing your face well enough.

As zits are a normal part of life it is extremely difficult to cure them. However there are good strategies available to manage them. It?s just that you control, rather than cure them until your body decides that enough is enough.

Zits will go away with time, although it probably doesn?t seem so now. People don?t generally go through life with permanent zits. A serious case though can cause scars, so it is always worth having them checked out by your doctor.

Overall remember, although zits may seem like a huge problem now, they will go away, and they will be a distant memory soon. Everyone has to deal with them, it?s just your turn at the moment.

Acne Skin Care Treatment Goals Is Chocolate A Cause?

Acne Skin Care usually involves continual treatment of skin even after the acne goes away. It can form on the head, back, or chest and is caused by the blockage of pores by excessive sebum production from your sebaceous glands. Acne is not caused by eating chocolate or greasy foods although oils and grease that land on your face can irritate acne and make it look worse. Nor is it caused by stress but of course stress can make it look worse.

It's not recommended that people pop their acne but sometimes it's hard to ignore. If you do decide to pop, thoroughly wash your face and hands, and find a needle to lance it. Be sure to sterilize the needle with alcohol or heating it over a lit matchstick. Pierce the pimple and gently squeeze until it runs clear or you see blood. Wash everything again and let it alone.

There are several drug treatments available for acne, that are aimed at four goals: stopping the abnormal clumping of cells within follicles, stopping increased oil production, reducing bacteria on the skin, and reducing inflammation that makes acne look so bad.

Over the counter medicines available for the treatment of acne are: Benzoyl Peroxide, Resorcinol, Salicylic Acid, and Sulfur. Benzoyl Peroxide kills the acne causing bacteria, Resorcinol breaks down blackheads and whiteheads, Salicylic acid helps to break down blackheads and whiteheads and also cuts down the shedding of cells in follicles and Sulfur also breaks down blackheads and whiteheads.

Over the counter treatments come in the form of gels, soaps, creams, soaked into pads, or in lotions. They can cause irritation to the skin as well so if you experience burning, or redness after a prolonged use of the treatment, stop using them and consult your doctor.

You Can Always Shed A Few Years with a Perfect Skin Treatment

What?s the best way to feel young? Of course a successful skin treatment that compliments all your anti-ageing efforts. Skin care has come a long way and there?s a world of treatments out there. Hi-tech anti-ageing skin treatment is here and the concept of skin beauty is all set for a revolution.

Beauty peels

Peels are one of the most popular skin treatments. Chemical peels are generally a facial treatment that gets rid of the dry, dead skin, adds youth to old, sensitive skin and takes care of acne and oily skin problems.

This beauty treatment involves the application of a chemical solution. Almost all the chemicals used in the beauty peel are from natural sources like fruit, vinegar and sugarcane. A vitamin supplement can also be added. ?For best results, go for 3 chemical peels in one-month gaps and repeat every 6 months,? says Dr Dale Brown.

TCA Peel has emerged as one of the most popular, safe and affordable skin treatments. ?The best part is that it does not have any side effect,? says Mariam Eaton, a regular user. Many docs suggest a follow-up beauty care routine, the most common being cryotherapy (a dry ice skin treatment) and a hydrating facial, especially for dry skin types.

Deep-cleansing facials

It fights clogged pores, acne, oily skin, blemishes and sensitive skin. This beauty treatment involves exfoliating with moist steam, a facial massage and then a mask. It helps in the anti-ageing process as well.

Laser skin treatment

This treatment involves the use of heat or light to vaporize skin tissue and takes care of wrinkles, fine lines and acne scars. There are various laser skin treatments such as Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Lasers, Erbium (ER) Lasers, Nonablative Lasers etc.

Dermabrasion

This resurfacing anti-ageing treatment works well with age spots, lesions, wrinkles, sunspots, tattoos and dry, sensitive skin. It involves ?sanding? the skin with a spray from a high-speed device, after an anesthesia.

Microdermabrasion

In this exfoliation skin treatment, the dry and dead skin is sucked clear with a vacuum gadget, after it smears your face with an intense spill of fine, sand-like aluminum oxide crystals. It takes care of fine lines and age spots.

Alpha hydroxy acid

It helps cure oily skin, acne, sensitive skin and is easily available in skin care products.

Combo treatments

Some skin doctors also suggest combinations treatments, for assured anti-ageing. Here you might go for a laser treatment and a chemical beauty facial for deep lines, a combination of blepharoplasty and laser therapy for an eyelift and Botox treatment to clear wrinkles and crow?s feet.

But before beginning any skin treatment, consult your doc about the side effect. Once, you are educated on that, just walk into a skin treatment parlor with confidence and emerge shedding a few years.

Butt Face

I know many of us women spend tons of money or have loads of products, and have spent countless amounts of money. There are so many products and creams that claim to dramatically diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, blemishes, as well as strengthen and nourish skin.

The original formula was created for a babies diaper rash. Today, there is a steady following which is causing an unembroidered flurry as its steadfast users praise its exciting intrinsic worth by word of mouth it is described as the miracle cream under $6. A month ago I never heard of A&D, but I did know what diaper rash cream was.

I have found it to be the best moisturizing cream you`ll ever apply to your skin; it is specially formulated with two active ingredients, Petrolatum and Lanolin, and forms a protective barrier to help seal out irritating wetness and allows skin to heal naturally.

If you find yourself getting slapped in the face for having a cute bum, I think it?s a sure sign ?you apparently look like ass. What is the point to dash out into those over priced department stores; just to pile on perfume based lotions? Most of them break you out, and will some of these manufactures ever get it?

We (women) hate, we hate lipstick that taste like perfume! Anyway, there are tons of creams for this, creams for that out there, but it seems diaper rash cream is good for your butt (I mean face) and it will not burn a hole in your pocket.

Diaper Rash Cream is slathered on baby bums all over the world and works wonders for those delicate arses, says Jenni Rivard. Before you know it your face will be smooth and soft like a baby?s butt!

Acne Medication Potential Side Effects

Patients with mild or occasional acne may be able to treat themselves without the use of prescription medication. Such remedies may include an alteration in diet and exercise habits, regular cleansing to remove residue and buildup on the skin, choosing the right cosmetics and eliminating stress. But for some individuals, this simply isn?t enough. For those who suffer from moderate to severe acne, a stronger medication may be needed in order for that individual to find relief from their condition.

There are several different types of medication that are commonly used to treat acne, each of which may contain the potential for certain side effects. As is the case with most over-the-counter acne medication, prescription medicines are usually available as gels, creams, lotions or solutions. In determining which is the best choice for the patient, a physician will study the skin type, severity of acne and the patient?s likelihood of having a negative reaction to any medication. Once a prescription is written, the physician will explain how often to use the medicine and how to properly apply it to the skin.

As mentioned previously, it is not uncommon for individuals to have a reaction to strong acne medication. For some it is only temporary, but others may require a change in their prescription. The most widely seen reaction is that of the skin?s condition actually worsening. Many physicians agree that most medications will cause the skin to worsen before it actually improves, which may take 6-8 weeks of using a medication. However, additional side effects may include extreme redness, burning, stinging, peeling, soreness, scaling or a discoloration of the skin. If individuals notice these side effects becoming increasingly worse or if they do not go away after a specified period of use, which should be indicated by a physician, the medication may need to be changed.

Individuals who take oral medications for the treatment of acne may face an entirely different set of potential side effects, including an upset stomach, dizziness and skin discoloration. Certain types of medication can be dangerous to women who are pregnant or children under a certain age, so individuals should report any possible conditions to their physician prior to accepting a prescription.

As with any medication, there are often risks and benefits of it?s use. The best way to learn of these is to speak with a physician, ask about any potential side effects and completely disclose your current medical condition and any medications that you are currently taking. In some instances, medications may negatively react with one another and this can be very dangerous to the patient. Acne medicine is no different and the patient should have a complete understanding of how it operates before using it.

The information in this article is intended for informational purposes only. It should not be considered as, or used in place of, medical advice or professional recommendations for the cause, diagnosis or treatment of acne. If necessary, individuals should consult a medical doctor or dermatologist for information regarding the use of acne medication or other effective treatment methods.

Commercial Acne Treatments vs. Home Remedies

There are a number of both commercial and home remedy acne treatments, which are designed to help treat acne. The most popular of home remedies is the recommendation to wash your face twice each day, with the best times to be in the morning and before you go to bed at night. Keep in mind that it is best to avoid scrubbing too hard as this may aggravate, or even result in, acne.

There are many benefits to both commercial acne treatments and home remedies. Among them, commercial or prescription acne treatments are often medically recommended. On the flip side, home remedy acne treatments are not medically tested, but they are natural, free and usually contain ingredients that are not harmful. This is not always the case with commercial or prescription acne treatments, which often carry the potential for serious side effects. In addition, they can be quite expensive.

No matter which acne treatment you use, be careful of possible irritation. The last thing that you will want is to aggravate an acne-prone area with a treatment product as this would defeat the entire purpose. The best way to begin with any cream or lotion treatment is to apply the product to a small test area of skin in order to make sure there are no incompatibilities with your skin. In addition, make sure to read any warning or cautionary product labels to make sure that you are using the contents properly. In order for acne treatment medication to work, it has to be used correctly.

If you are searching for popular over the counter acne treatments, you are likely to find a variety of choices. Among them, medicated pads for wiping over the face, lotions, face wash, etc. Prescription acne treatments are often provided to those who need a more aggressive approach at acne treatment and may include the same product categories at a higher level of medication. Home remedy acne treatments include lotions containing aloe vera, a facial mask consisting of 4 tablespoons of honey and one grated apple, an oatmeal and water paste, etc.

This article is to be used for informational purposes only. The information contained herein is not intended to be used in place of, or in conjunction with, professional medical advice regarding the use of any commercial or home remedy acne treatment. Prior to beginning any treatment regimen, the patient must consult a licensed medical doctor or dermatologist for advice and/or to determine the best course of action for his/her individual situation.

Understanding Aging Skin and Wrinkles

We?ve all seen the pictures of elderly men and women whose skin shows the wear and tear of aging. While wrinkles may be considered a sign of wisdom and experience, most of us would rather not have them. Wrinkles may look cute and cuddly on a Sharpei but they aren?t so appealing for those of us who have to look at ourselves in the mirror on a daily basis.

Wrinkles and other signs of aging can appear just about anywhere on the human body however; they tend to be more prevalent in areas that have had extensive exposure to the sun. The most common breading grounds for wrinkles tend to be the face, hands, forearms, and neck. There are several categories of skin wrinkles including fine lines, surface lines, and deep furrows. Anti wrinkle treatments are generally most effective on fine lines. Deep creases typically require more drastic measures to correct.

So what causes wrinkles anyway? Wrinkles tend to develop with age as skin looses Elastin or the fibers that give skin its elastic quality and help to hold in moisture. The loss of Elastin along with a protein called Collagen in the middle layer of human skin (Dermis) allows the skin to gradually become thinner and begin to sag. There are a variety of contributing factors including exposure to the sun, smoking, heredity, and skin type. Some of these factors such as heredity and skin type are currently beyond our control forcing us to focus on those areas where we can make an impact. First and foremost; do not smoke. Smoking has been proven to increase wear and tear on the skin and lead to premature signs of aging. If you are currently a smoker; quit. It?s never too late to start making the right decisions and to begin promoting healthy skin. Second, avoid excessive exposure to the sun. Ultraviolet light is known to be damaging to the skin and can speed the aging process. This includes self tanning parlors where users are exposed to concentrated UV light for even short to moderate periods of time. When you are going to be outdoors, be sure to protect your skin with a sunscreen with an SPF rating of at least a 15. Be sure to reapply often if your plans include swimming or exercise.

OK, that?s all fine and dandy you say but ?What can I do about the wrinkles I already have?? There are several potential solutions available ranging from painful injections and complicated cosmetic surgeries to topical creams and moisturizers that can help reduce the appearance of existing wrinkles. Anyone considering cosmetic treatments for existing wrinkles should consult a medical professional so that they may be informed about the risks and expenses involved with cosmetic surgery. For those of you who may be looking for less painful and less expensive alternatives, there are still many viable options. Keeping your skin clean and moist is perhaps one of the easiest and least expensive actions you can take to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Staying properly hydrated is another important aspect of proper skin care. Following these simple steps can help keep the signs of aging in check. If you would like to go a step beyond basic skin care to go on the offensive against wrinkles, you may want to look into some of the newer topical facial creams that have come on the market. Some of the very best ones are listed in medical publications such as the Physicians Desk Reference and have clinical trial data to back up their results. Many products on the market will claim to reduce wrinkles but you must seek out products that can support their claims.

  • Best Beauty Tips For A Healthy And Natural Look

'Beauty is skin deep', so goes the good old saying. But, that does not rob the charm of enhancing your looks. So, hey there, beauty conscious, there's just no harm in having some of the best beauty tips up your sleeves. For looking and feeling beautiful is a sign of health and happiness. And in an age where looking good spells confidence and success, it's vital that you have the best beauty tips handy.

    Pamper Your Body

The first secret to true beauty is a natural body glow. Try a refreshing exfoliate with a homemade mix of olive oil, sea salt or sugar. Dry brushing your body, preferably with a natural bristle brush before a bath. It helps to stimulate the glands.

A Little Thought for your Eyes, Hands and Feet

-Moisturise your hands and feet regularly. Don't forget to file your nails and apply nail polish.

-Free your eyes of the tired look simply with a spoon. Keep it in the fridge and apply to the eyelids.

-Once you have ensured a healthy body, be in fashion with the best make-up tips.

    Magic of Natural Make-Up

The secret of smart make-up is to keep it natural. But often unhygienic and wrong use of make-up causes harm. Here are the best beauty tips to avoid a make-up mess:

-Eye care: To ensure healthy eyes change your mascara every three months, eye shadows every six to twelve months and sharpen your eye pencil regularly

-Mascara basics: To avoid mascara smudging, apply a thin layer to the top lashes only and then use an eyelash brush

-Natural glow: A gel blush or cream gives a more natural look than a powder

-Brow beauty: For a natural look, eyebrows must not look pencil thin. Use a definer for extra volume.

-Eyeliner tips: Use liquid liner instead of a pencil, to avoid smudging in the crease of the lid

-Foundation fashion: While choosing a concealer or foundation, check the shade on the palm side of your wrist. It tells whether the shade would look natural on you.

    Haute Hair Tips

A homemade hair pack is better than shampooing. Natural stuff like apple cider vinegar keeps shampoo toxins at bay. The right hairdo makes the correct fashion statement. Always discuss your face shape with your hairdresser, to decide on a style

    Do's 'N' Don'ts

Common beauty blunders arise from ignorance. Here are the best beauty tips to be better informed:

    - Avoid soap and switch to natural cleansers
    - Wash your face often
    - Use an eye cream regularly
    - Drink lots of water
    - Never forget a sunscreen
    - Use natural beauty packs

    Mind Matters

Last but not the least; you just can't glow unless its heart felt. So, the best beauty tips include doing something you enjoy whenever you can. Always take a break, chat with friends, forget your worries, set your mind free and just watch the wonders.

Breast Lifts ? Improvement Without Implants

Gravity is an irresistible force. While it is certainly nice that it keeps us rooted to the planet, it also has a habit of pulling things lower than we might like over time.

Breast Lifts ? Improvement Without Implants

Cosmetic breast surgery is one of the more popular areas of plastic surgery. That being said, the controversy surrounding breast implants may make you pause when considering the various enhancement procedures available.

Breast lifts are designed to fight the effects of gravity. The goal of the procedure is to raise and/or reshape sagging breasts. When breast lifts are discussed, most people assume the procedure necessarily includes the use of implants. While it is true that implants can be used in the process, it is equally true that they need not be. Obviously, the choice comes down to the final result you hope to achieve and the advice of your physician. Regardless, it is important to understand that you should not assume a lift requires implants.

Breast lifts without implants can make a major difference in your appearance. One has to be a bit careful discussing the procedure because it tends to be tailored to the specific situation of each patient. That being said, the process typically involves the removal of excess skin combined with the repositioning of the remaining tissues.

In one sense, breast lift surgery is very much an artistic endeavor. The plastic surgeon is essentially acting as a sculptor. As such, you absolutely must make sure you are comfortable with their style and past creations. The best way to do this is to sit down with the surgeon and review before and after pictures from past procedures. This is your body, so do not hesitate to express your opinions and ask questions. The surgeon will not be insulted. To the contrary, he or she would rather have as detailed an understanding as possible of your goal. He or she can then give you an idea of potential, reasonable results.

As Einstein told us, gravity is one of the key forces in the universe. A breast lift can give you the ability to counter that force without dealing with the controversy surrounding implants.

Acne Rosacea A Blush You Can Do Without

What do former presidents Bill Clinton and Boris Yeltsin have in common? A condition called acne rosacea, a chronic inflammation of the blood vessels in the skin, which causes a ruddy complexion and small acne-like eruptions on the cheeks, forehead and nose.

In men it can often cause the skin on the nose to thicken and swell, leading toa condition called rhinophyma.

Nobody know what causes it but the list of potential triggers is endless. The main culprits are alcohol and rich, spicy foods.

Because its roots are unknown, there's no permanent cure either, so management is the key. This is partly achieved by identifying what makes the rosacea worse through a process of exclusion and by the use of topical antibiotics - usually metronidazole.

A GP's diagnosis is vital since the symptoms can be similar to more serious conditions such as lupus. Rosacea can last a lifetime, especially in men, but often clears up on its own.

Extreme H2O Contact Lens An Insight

The Extreme H2O is a technological breakthrough in the field of contact lenses, being the first moulded spherical lens that are perfect for inexpensive daily wear.

If you decide to calculate the cost of these contact lenses per hour of wearing then you will find that the Extreme H2O contact lens will work out cheaper than your typical lenses. That is because you can wear them for much longer during the course of the day and they can be kept in your eyes for extended periods of time.

The new, visionary technology behind the Extreme H2O contact lens makes it ideal for people who usually experience what is called end of the day discomfort, or sometimes referred to as, 5 o'clock syndrome.

It is around that the time of day that most users begin to be aware of their contact lenses, mainly because that is when the lenses start to become irritating, bothersome and scratchy.

Because of the Extreme H2O's cutting edge comfort you will not think about taking them out as most of the time you will not even remember you have them in. That is how advanced the comfort technology is in these contact lenses!

Sometimes with most normal contacts you can barely see enough to drive home at the end of the day, your lenses are so itchy and annoying that you are ready to give up contact lenses for good. Well, do not put on those glasses just yet...

With an Extreme H2O contact lens in your field of vision, however, you will not have to keep your eye on the clock! The lens all but eliminates late-day lens awareness and discomfort. That makes it a true cut above most other two-week contact lenses presently on the market.

The secret behind the Extreme H2O contact lens is the key ingredient: hioxifilcon A, a co-polymer GMA-HEMA - it does not matter if you cannot pronounce the name! All that matters is that the compound helps the contact lens to retain moisture on your eye, even when most lenses would shrivel up!

This durability and consistency in performance means that these lenses will literally not shrink or distort as the day progresses. Helping them retain the same dimensions and amount of oxygen permeability at the end of the day as they did in the morning, when you first put them in.

The Extreme H2O high-tech polymer makeup, means that you will be able to enjoy the benefits of greater comfort and duration of use, whilst the lens will always provide you with the fit and the power that your eye doctor prescribed for you.

If you wear two-week contact lenses and frequently experience late-day dryness and discomfort, then consider the benefits of the Extreme H2O contact lens.

7 Beauty Tips For Acne Prone Skin

Acne. Boy do I hate it. Those pimples popping up all over my face back in my teenaged years. Even now, I do get acne outbreaks when I am stressed, or use the wrong skin care product. I've been to many doctors who are able to clear my acne, until the next outbreak.

Part of the reason is oily skin. Greasy skin that traps dirt and skin debris clogging up pores make your skin pores an excellent breeding place for bacteria. The bacteria multiplies and voila. You have acne.

All is not lost. If you have oily skin that is prone to acne, here are 7 beauty tips to help keep the pimples away.

    1. Keep your HANDS off your face.
You hands, after touching so many things, opening the door, picking up a bag, things we do everyday, are covered with bacteria. The last thing you want is to put that bacteria on your face. Touch your face often with your hands, or worse still, pick those pimples with your fingers, and you will see the pimples multiply.

    2. Keep your HAIR off your face.
If you have oily skin, you probably have oily hair. Oily hair brushing against your face adds to the oil. Oil, sweat and skin debris are a great way to clog the pores in your skin, leading to more pimples. If you notice pimples appearing on your forehead, or your cheeks and chin, typically where your hair might brush against, your hair could be the culprit. Wear a hairband, use hair clips to keep your hair off your face, tie it into a pony tail, or get a hair cut.

    3. Wash your face 3 times a day with a good acne cleanser.
I got that tip from a doctor. I washed my face when I woke up, at lunch time and at bedtime with a cleanser that is meant for skin that has acne. My skin cleared when I stuck to the routine and used only skin care products meant for skin with acne. A bar of soap meant for washing your face does the trick just as well.

    4. Stick to acne skin care
Every time I stray from that point, I end up with a major acne outbreak. Always. Everytime I see my pals with exceptionally radiant skin, I want to use whatever they use. I would switch to richer, anti aging skin care as a preventive measure, worried about wrinkles appearing when I get older. That backfires every time. I end up with more pimples. Stick to good acne skin care products.

    5. Relax
Did you notice how pimples tend to appear more before a stressful event. Exams. A big date. A presentation. Stress wreaks havoc on your skin. Ok, pimples can also pop up due to hormonal imbalances, like just before your period.

    6. Sleep
Your skin heals itself when you sleep. Your entire body heals itself in your sleep. A night without sleep may lead to more pimples. Make it a habit to leave your worries behind and get a good night's sleep. Work out more earlier in the day. Get some exercise before evening. It helps.

    7. Stay away from pressed powder compact.
Yup. You heard me right. I got this tip from a friend. Her friend used a pressed powder compact to hide her acne. Instead, the more she used it the worse it got. Just think. By mid day, your skin gets oily. You take out the powder compact, and use that powder puff to apply pressed powder on your face. Now, your face would already have dirt, bacteria and oil on it. Pat your face with that powder puff and now that puff picks up the dirt, bacteria and oil. You put it back into the compact. The bacteria happily breeds in there. Then you take out the compact again and pat more powder, mixed with oil, dirt and bacteria onto your face, picking up more gunk, putting in more gunk into your compact. The cycle goes on. A better bet would be to use blotting paper to blot off the excess oil instead. Then you can throw the paper away after use. Use the blotting paper meant for your face like the ones found at http://www.everythingbeauty.info/blotting%20paper.htm

About this powder puff thing, make it a point to wash your powder puff and all your make up brushes regularly, with soap and water. Then dry them completely before you keep them. Guess that would make it an 8th tip right?

Oily, acne prone skin needs a lot of care. The bright side is that oily skin is slower to show signs of aging than dry skin. Take care of your skin and you'll probably look younger than your peers as the decades go by.

    Scrub Away The Years Naturally!

When we are young, our body naturally sheds and renews skins cells. This gives teenage girls a natural glow that cannot be created by even the most expensive make-up. As we age, our skin cells don?t renew themselves as quickly and exfoliation becomes essential.

Exfoliation is actually the scrubbing away of dead skin cells. It is the true key to keeping your skin youthful. When dead skill cells stay too long on the surface of your skin four very bad things happen:

1.The dead skin cells block moisture from penetrating your skin
2.Your skin gets a dry and dull appearance ? even pasty at times
3.The dead skin cells can clog your pores and result in breakouts

    And worst of all,

4.The dead skin cells on the surface actually slow down the renewal and regeneration of new skin cells underneath the surface skin layer.

Proper skin exfoliation can increase the renewal of fresher, younger looking skin cells by as much as 30%!

Our creator designed the body to automatically heal and renew itself. So, when you scrub away dead skin cells, your body is triggered to replace those cells with new cells. In Psalm 139, David says: ?I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made!?.

When your body makes new skin cells, it is also signaled to produce more collagen. Collagen is the connective tissue that plumps our skin. If you read any beauty magazine you will see many products claiming to replace loss collagen in your skin. This is important because collagen loss is the main reason our skin becomes drier and more wrinkled as we age.

To give you a feel for the difference collagen makes, take a look at the average man your age. Chances are his skin is a lot less wrinkled than yours. That is because men have roughly twenty five percent more collagen in their skin than women.

So now you know, exfoliating removes dead skin cells, causes your body to produce fresh new skin cells and collagen which is absolutely necessary for younger looking skin. But, there is more!

?Exfoliating opens up skin pores that are blocked by exposure to air pollution, air conditioning, dirt and grime from our fingertips. This gives you smaller skin pores and the appearance of more refined and even toned skin.

?When you exfoliate you also increase blood circulation to your face. Increasing the blood supply to your face is absolutely essential to prevent aging skin!

?Exfoliation removes the debris that blocks moisture from penetrating into the skin. So, after exfoliation, your skin will absorb more nutrients and moisture, your skin will appear clearer and fine lines will look softer. Very fine lines may actually disappear.

After I discovered the great benefits of exfoliating, I only had one question?

How do I exfoliate and how often can I exfoliate?

The way to exfoliate varies depending of the condition of your skin and your skin type. Washing vigorously is actually enough for some people. Others will need to exfoliate ? gently.

Younger women can exfoliate up to four times per week. After forty, I suggest once a week if your skin is still oily. If you have dry or sensitive skin, once every two to three weeks is best. And don?t forget ? when you exfoliate always think gentle.

Believe it or not, simple table sugar is one of the best exfoliates. It has fine grains for the gentlest removal of dead skin cells and is non-drying. Most importantly, sugar rinses completely away leaving your skin clean, smooth and rejuvenated. I recommend all natural organic sugar. You can find it these days at most grocery stores. It is chemical free and safe to use on your entire body. Here is all you need to do:

1.Always start with a clean face
2.Put a couple of tablespoons of water in your hand and mix it with a bit of your favorite mild liquid soap
3.Lightly wet your face, and put about a teaspoon of sugar in the palm of your hand
4.Dip the two middle fingers of your other hand (not the index finger) into the mix
5.Use a gentle, gliding circular motion over your entire face, neck and eye zone
    6.Rinse well and pat dry
7.Look at your face, it should look rosy but not irritated

Note: Always rub your face in an upward motion. This will help to reposition fat deposits higher on your face giving it a ?lift? in appearance!

To wake up and nourish a really dull completion you can use a combination of raw oats and essential oil. This next exfoliating scrub is just as natural, healthy and effective as the sugar scrub.

Natural exfoliating scrub with essential oil

?Take 2 - 3 teaspoons raw oats (not the instant or pre-cooked type) and crush into smaller bits either by hand or in a grinder.

?Mix the dry oats with pure honey and 1/4 teaspoon of a red or apple cider vinegar until it forms a smooth paste. Add more honey as needed.

?Add 1 drop of basil oil to the mixture.

?Wash your face with a gentle soap (never use a deodorant soap or alkaline soap on your face).

?Rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.

?Apply the mixture in gentle circular movements. Avoid the area around your eye. You should leave the mixture on for about 15 minutes and then wash it off thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Although this treatment is not as neat as the sugar/lather treatment, the results are excellent and it costs only pennies to make.

If you have special problems like blackheads on your face, this next exfoliate is very effective.

    Baking Soda Blackhead Remover

?Make up a mixture of ? part baking soda and ? part distilled water in the palm of your hand.

?Gently rub the mixture in circular motions on your skin for about 3 minutes

    ?Rinse with lukewarm water.

If you are a fan of the self-tan you can get really great results by giving yourself a facial and body scrub with baking soda!

This is gentle enough for even daily use.

Your freshly scrubbed face will absorb moisture and nutrients far better. You will look younger and face the world with a beautiful clean canvas!

Anti Aging Skin Care and Treatments Dermatologists Use and Recommend

?Mirror, mirror on the wall, who?s fairest of them all? might have been the uttering of one of the most hated characters we have come across, but this concern for outward good looks is too deep-rooted in the human psyche. The basic concept of beauty has been and remains to be soft, flawless, glowing skin. Advancing age, however, takes its toll and the skin becomes blotchy, rough and dull. Seen from this angle, the topic ?anti aging skin care and treatments? calls for sincere reflection. The sagging and sinking skins have had enough of natural beauty tips that do really well unless scars and wrinkles steal appearances and the once healthy skin falls an easy prey to advancing age. It is time now that they get some insight into the steps being taken in anti aging skin care and treatments.

A number of aesthetic or cosmetic plastic surgery like face-lifts, thread lifts, fat transfer and a host of non-surgical skin refinishing treatments are now available to fight back the impacts of aging and the harsh treatments meted out to skin. Given the wide selection of skin-rejuvenating treatments, it is preferable that a reliable dermatologist be entrusted with the responsibility of working out the ideal anti aging skin care treatment to eliminate and soften the effects of aging.

The recommended skin care regimen prescribed by the skin specialist may be a singular or a combination cure, depending on the seriousness of the condition, age and other health related issues. The surgical part of the treatment is handled by the skin specialists but the follow-up skin care program necessitates total patient involvement.

The following section elaborates some of the anti aging skin care treatments, which can be used at home:

Glycolic Acid ? Glycolic or ?fruity acid? treatments are good for pigmented aging skin. The bleaching-cum-moisturizing action of this anti aging skin care treatment removes the skin blotches and smoothens the rough, sun-damaged skin, reviving its natural freshness. Available in two forms (cream and face wash), Glycolic Acid should be applied to the face twice daily or as recommended by the skin specialist. There are no serious medical problems associated with the usage of glycolic acids other than causing temporary skin irritation and redness sometimes. It is regarded as a safe anti-aging skin treatment. Caring for the rejuvenated skin involves use of sun block creams too.

TCA Skin Peels ? The TCA skin peels are the most sought after anti-aging skin care treatments, because these medium strength peels are perfectly safe and essentially effective. They fight back the ravages of advancing years by removing facial lines and wrinkles and give back the skin its lost elasticity, suppleness.

The best thing about this easy-to-apply, home-based anti-aging skin care treatment is that its effect lasts up to a year or so. Twice a year application of TCA peels will certainly benefit the skin and are now available for at home use (see the website below for more on this).

Adding some natural skin care tips like hydrating the body inside out, going for a balanced diet (containing anti-oxidants), a little meditation and other health tips summarize a full-fledged anti aging skin care program.

    Inner Cleavage!

I read an article back in March 2005 that had the words of the title of this article in it. I picked it up at the Cancer Center at Beaumont Hospital, in Detroit Michigan. It was a heartfelt story of a woman who had lost her breasts to Breast Cancer. The story went on to talk about Melissa Etheridge and of her deliberate boldness at the 2005 Grammy's, when she came out with a bald head, after her cancer treatments, as if proudly displaying it as her gift of life. The story went on to talk about women who in desperation for survival had in some ways traded their beauty for life.

I related to the story, being a breast cancer survivor myself. But, what truly touched me about that article was the woman in the story talking about how when her outer beauty had faded away, and during treatments, she was left with spirit, raw and powerful and hanging on with claws, daring her to live.

What a concept. Have you ever been dared to live? Tim McGraw has an old song titled Live like you were dying, about a man, who seemingly is given a certain number of years or months to live due to some type of fatal disease. In the song when asked what he was to do about this news, he replied with, skydiving, mountain climbing, and a wish to all of his friends to one day know what it feels like to live like you were dying.

I remember what it felt like going through my cancer treatments. I remember the ugliness of my body and the forced humbleness of a deep seeded pride. I recall wondering if I would live through it, the pain, the blisters and stress. Looking back, I realize, I lived every day. I lived more then each day then I sometimes do now. Why is it that we have to be faced with something tragic to appreciate LIFE? What is it in our human-ess that makes us forget the grace and mercy of God and the power of prayer until we are brought to our knees at a crucial point in our life and MADE to remember? Funny, how God sometimes has a way of reminding us of the fragility of life. I believe He does this just so that we DO remember.

I recently was reminded again last week when another lump was found after almost two years of survival. I'm a prayerful, faithful woman, but I found myself even MORE prayerful. I found more time to enjoy my days, to kiss my kids and tell my husband I loved him. I also found a lot more time for God. Hmmm, makes me wonder why. But isn't life funny that way? We move along forgetting that our time is short, our days are numbered, our fate is destined and we truly have no idea when Gods hand will reach down and pluck us from our busy, appointment filled, carpooling, grocery shopping, house cleaning, business building days. These precious days that we can't seem to find time to get on our knees and give thanks because we don't have the time. Why, because our lives are just too full. Too full. I want you to remember that last statement. Life IS full. Praise God our lives are filled! Live every single day of it!

We have one month, one day a year to get our families together to gather in praise and thanksgiving. A National Holiday will do that for most of us. But how about not waiting for that Thanksgiving Holiday or that crucial moment of unknown fate.

When you find yourself on your knees at times like these, stay there. We could all stand to kneel a little longer. My hope is that this year we remember Gods graces and appreciate our lives and everything in them because God is good! Something as simple as feeling your pulse each morning is proof of that. Keep on remembering. While you're at it, remember those full days when your inbox is so full that you can barely find time to breathe? Those are the days to be grateful for. Those are the days to get on your knees in praise because when your in-box is empty, you're dead.

By the way that lump in my breast? Nothing but a small cyst. Cancer Free another day! Praise the heavens for this and every day. I intend to fully live ALL of mine. How about you?

    Great Beauty Resources

I love Vogue and W. Like Playgirl and Playboy, they have plenty of terrific articles but the draw for me is really the pictures. Along with thousands of other women, each month I leaf through the seemingly hundreds of pages of the newest issues of Vogue and W. I learn about the styles and looks that designers hope will catch on in two seasons (silk and tulle when many of us are shopping for heavy cottons and wools ? or vice versa) and fashions which I can?t afford or don't fit my lifestyle. That?s not to say that all the contents are fashion forward; the ads are right in the moment.

[Next to the pictures, my favorite is the headlines. For example, ?Gwyneth takes Paris!? (what does that mean exactly?), ?GREAT LENGTHS, The New Lust for Long Hair? (really?), ?SECRETS OF THE SUPER BRIDES? ? compared to those, how lame is ?GREAT beauty resources??

I?m always disappointed when I get to the end of Vogue and W; then I put them aside and ?forget? about them. While it?s important to know what?s ?happening,? isn?t the trick to selecting great (beauty) resources in choosing those that help you enhance your lifestyle and further your interests and goals?

So, considering my age, health and fitness level (which I plan to maintain ... my health and fitness, that is), I pick up InStyle, Allure, More, pilatesstyle, Prevention ? oh, and anything with anti-aging in the title. While I browse, I also want to learn how to ?Cut Cancer Risk, 30 steps to take now,? ?WALK OFF WEIGHT THIS WINTER, Our easy 7-day plan? (easy?), ?AGE-PROOF BEAUTY, THIS STUFF WORKS!,? ?134 NEW FALL LOOKS ? and how to wear them? (!!!). There?s always a tip or trick to learn and, much more importantly, I can relate.

Thankfully, the beauty industry and magazines have evolved from covering the prevailing fashions to helping women adapt the current modes and offering them choices for their lifestyles and purses (notably, InStyle and Style network?s show ?The Look for Less?). While the focus is still stubbornly on youth (which is hard to understand with the number of baby-boomers who have plenty of disposable income), any number of resources are on the market with tips, trends, techniques .. and pictures.

What are ?great? beauty resources for me won?t necessarily work for you, of course, since ?great? is so subjective. You have your own style and focus which makes you unique and attractive. The GREAT beauty resources are the ones that help each one of us enhance our individuality ? and maybe they include Vogue and W.

    Acne Diets

Do you have acne? This affliction can be a rather traumatic one if left untreated. Our appearance, as we all know, can have such a pertinent effect on our confidence, or lack there of.

Do you dare go out with your skin having “mini-volcanos” all over? It’s not rare that many of us are tormented by acne. But did you know that your diet can play a part to what caused those zits to form all over?

That brings me to my topic of acne diets. You may or may not have come across the subject of acne diets. It’s a research done to proof that there is a link between what you eat and the acne on one’s face.

While many of us crave to have better looking skin, all those nice food that we see around us ain’t going to make it easy for us. There are many things that we apply on our skin to take care of its ph balance and contour, not going out too much into the sun and even facial massage… it’s not enough! It’s time we take a look at what goes on inside our body and how it affects us.

I was at a doctor once because of some chapped lips and she smirkingly said, “You know, the condition of your lips actually relates to your diet.” Huh? She informed me that consuming the proper nutrients and fluids on a regular basis would prevent my lips from being chapped.

    This baffled me.

However, these days I have adopted slowly to more nutritious diet. It was painful at first because of all the good food I’m missing out on, but within just a few weeks, I ditched my lip balm and I’m feeling a lot healthier!

Here’s my list of foods for your Acne Diets!
